Adroit is a keyword introduced in Slay the Spire 2. It appears on several cards across multiple characters. Cards with Adroit cost 0 energy on the turn you draw them. After that turn, they cost their normal energy. Draw an Adroit card and play it the same turn for free. Let it sit in your hand and the discount expires.

The Silent has a card called Quickstep (1 energy, deals 6 damage, Adroit). The Necromancer has Ghostly Grasp (2 energy, deals 10 damage, applies 2 Weak, Adroit). A free 6 damage from Quickstep or free 10 damage + Weak from Ghostly Grasp is absurd value.
