Slay the Spire Characters — The Full Roster
Slay the Spire 2 keeps some fan favorites and introduces new classes. Here's who made the cut and who didn't.
Returning Characters
- Ironclad — Back with his base deck mostly intact. Some cards got reworked for balance.
- Silent — Returns with new poison and Shiv synergies. The poison cap got adjusted.
- Defect — Still uses orbs and focus. Some new orb types were added in Spire 2.
New Characters
- Necrobinder — A blood-mage class that spends HP to fuel powerful cards. Relies on Doom and sacrifice mechanics.
- Pyroclast — Uses Forge charges to supercharge attacks. Builds up Forge over turns then spends it for big damage.
The Watcher is the biggest loss from the first game. Mega Crit has said she may return in a future update, but she's not in the launch roster. Her stance-switching playstyle was divisive — some players loved it, others hated how strong she was.
