Slay the Spire 2 Cards Overview
Slay the Spire 2 ships with over 400 cards across five classes. That's more than the original game had at launch. Many old favorites return, but some got cut or reworked.
- Ironclad: Heavy Slam reworked — now costs 1 energy and deals damage equal to block gained this turn.
- Silent: Envenom now costs 2 energy (was 1) but applies 3 poison (was 1).
- Defect: Echo Form nerfed — now has Innate but costs 4 energy.
- New Necrobinder cards: Blood Lance (deal 15 damage, lose 3 HP), Soul Drain (apply 4 Doom, heal 2).
- New Pyroclast cards: Forge Strike (gain 1 Forge, deal 8 damage), Eruption (spend all Forge, deal 6 per stack).
Mega Crit removed about 30 cards from the original game. Most were weak cards nobody picked.
Colorless cards got a major overhaul too. There are about 40 new colorless cards in Spire 2.
