Lasting Candy — The Sweet but Cursed Relic
Lasting Candy is a shop relic in Slay the Spire 2. It costs around 200 gold. When you buy it, you get +2 Max HP permanently. The downside is you cannot remove cards from your deck for the rest of the run.

Usually not worth it. +2 Max HP is tiny. Losing card removal is a massive penalty. In StS2, card removal is even more important than in StS1 because status cards clog your deck faster. Only buy it if you are swimming in gold and have zero curses. If you find multiple, the +2 HP stacks but the penalty also stacks.
Do not buy Lasting Candy if you still have strikes in your deck. You will regret it by Act 2.
